JINAN, CHINA--(Marketwire - January 9, 2009) - Pansoft Company Limited (NASDAQ: [ PSOF ]), the leading ERP software solutions and services provider for the energy industry in China, announced today that Hugh Wang, Chairman of the company, will ring the NASDAQ opening bell at 9:30 a.m. EST on Friday, January 23, 2009.

Mr. Wang stated that Pansoft is honored to have been invited to the NASDAQ opening bell ceremony. NASDAQ has created a unique platform for international companies like Pansoft to grow.
