RF Industries Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN DIEGO--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--RF Industries (NASDAQ:RFIL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the Company's common shares.

Cash dividends are payable on January 15, 2009 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2008.

RFI currently has approximately 3,100,000 common shares outstanding.

At July 31, 2008, RFI reported cash and cash equivalents and investments in available-for-sale-securities of $8,247,000, working capital of $15,576,000, an 11.6 to 1 current ratio, no long-term debt and stockholders' equity of $16,115,000, or $4.87 book value per share.
