NASA's rover Curiosity finds biggest known organic molecules on Mars

NASA's Curiosity rover has discovered the largest known organic molecules on Mars, according to a recent report. The findings suggest that the Martian surface might have once supported life, as organic molecules are the building blocks of life. The rover used its Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) instrument to detect these compounds, which include benzene and propane, within ancient lakebed mudstones.
