FREMONT, Calif., Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Exar Corporation (Nasdaq: [ EXAR ]), a leading supplier of high performance, analog mixed-signal components and data management solutions, today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Setron, a central European components distributor.

Setron will use their technical expertise and applications focus to expand the customer base for Exar's power management, mixed signal, and connectivity solutions in this key market.
