After serving as President, Chief Operating Officer and director of SemiLEDs, Dr. Anh Chuong Tran has transitioned to the role of Chief Scientist. As the Chief Scientist of SemiLEDs, Dr. Tran will dedicate his time to SemiLEDsa technology and product development efforts.

The Board of Directors of SemiLEDs has appointed Mr. Trung T. Doan, currently the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, to the additional role of President.

aTechnology has always been SemiLEDsa foundation. This transition will allow Chuong to dedicate his time and focus on technology and product development,a said Mr. Doan.

SemiLEDs has named Ilkan Cokgor as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Cokgor brings tothis position over 20 years of product development, marketing, sales, and business development experience. Mr. Cokgor is joining SemiLEDs from Everlight Electronics where he served as Vice President of Global Marketing since 2010.
