Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Receives $1.2 Million Order for Solid-State High-Power Amplifiers for Military Operation

MELVILLE, N.Y.--([ ])--September 4, 2012 -- Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq:CMTL) announced today that its Santa Clara, California-based subsidiary, Comtech Xicom Technology Inc., received a $1.2 million order to supply an array of solid-state high-power amplifiers (aSSPAa) to a domestic prime contractor. These amplifiers are used in transportable satellite communications systems by the U.S. military.
