The Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Dorsman has joined the Company as Director effective April 13, 2012. Mr. Dorsman owns a consulting firm, Redpeaks Management Inc., which provides financial advisory services. He is a co-founder of Actenum Corp, and Tristorm Product Design Inc. He currently also serves on the boards of VANTEC Entrepreneurs Fund (VCC) Inc. and Lambda Solutions Inc. Prior to relocating to Vancouver, he held a number of senior positions in the project and corporate finance division of UBS (formerly known as Union Bank of Switzerland) in Hong Kong where he was responsible for financial advisory, arranging and restructuring mandates in Asia. Prior to joining UBS he worked for the structured finance and corporate banking division of Barclays Bank in Hong Kong and London. He studied law and holds a Master's degree in Economic History from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
