HOLMDEL, N.J., April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: [ VG ]), a leading provider of communications services connecting people through broadband devices worldwide, will report its financial results for the first quarter 2012 on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. The earnings release will be available on Vonage's Investor Relations website at [ http://ir.vonage.com ].
