NEW YORK, March 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Bernstein Liebhard LLP ] is investigating whether the Board of Directors of ATS Corporation ("ATS Corporation" or the "Company") (NYSE AMEX: [ ATSC ]) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell ATS Corporation (ATSC) to Salient Federal Solutions, Inc.
