HOLMDEL, N.J., Jan. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: [ VG ]) a leading provider of communications services connecting individuals through broadband devices worldwide, will report its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2011 on Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
