Stationery Launch
The Company remains on track to launch its previously announced new flagship Social Stationery offering early in the new year with Walgreens. 2012 Fiscal Q1 (Calendar Q4)
Fiscal 2012 first quarter performance continued the trend seen during fiscal 2011 with demand continuing to shift towards creative products. The Company continues to position itself to capitalize on this shift in product mix.
Engagement of Liolios Group:
PNI announces that it has engaged the services of the Liolios Group to assist the Company with corporate communications. Based in Newport Beach, California, the Liolios Group began working with the Company as of January 4th, 2012.
Management and Board Additions
As announced previously, Zack Wickes has joined the Company in the role of VP Technology while Chris Egan was promoted to VP of Business Services. Furthermore, Cary Deacon has joined the Board of Directors and Cory Kent has been named Corporate Secretary.
