ManTech Names Judith L. Bjornaas Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer

FAIRFAX, Va.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ:MANT) ([ www.mantech.com ]), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs, announced today that the company has named Judith L. Bjornaas senior vice president of financial planning and analysis and deputy to Chief Financial Officer Kevin M. Phillips. In this position, Bjornaas will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting financial performance and overseeing the companya™s treasury requirements.

Bjornaas has more than 25 years of financial management experience in the federal contracting environment. Before joining ManTech, she was chief financial officer and treasurer at NCI Inc., where she was responsible for the accounting and financial operations of the company, including pricing, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. Before joining NCI, Bjornaas was vice president of finance and accounting for I-NET Inc. and performed internal audit and pricing for the Government Services Group of Electronic Data Systems (EDS).

Bjornaas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Mankato State University and a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University. She is a Certified Management Accountant through the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of the National Association of Accountants.
