National Automation Services, Inc. Announces Its S-1 Registration Filing

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) - National Automation Services, Inc. ("NAS") ([ www.NASAutomation.com ]) (OTCQB: [ NASV ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ NASV ]) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the SEC relating to the registration of stock held by our shareholders issued by the Company to date.

As required by the SEC, the Form S-1 includes the Company's business summary; financial summary; risk factors; management description and compensation; any material legal agreements or proceedings; and finally management's discussion and an analysis of financial condition and results of operations.

NAS has also registered 18,500,000 shares of stock to draw on its $5,000,000 dollar equity line of credit agreement with Ascendiant Capital Group, LLC, a private equity firm, and its affiliate, Ascendiant Equity Partners, LLC once the Company receives the S-1 effective status certificate.

The registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold and no offers to buy may be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
