(NASDAQ: ADP) today announced the signing of a letter of intent to become the sole DMS Solutions Provider for Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: ABG). Asburya™s 80 dealer locations, representing 107 franchises, plan to begin the transition to ADPa™s Dealership Management System (DMS) towards the end of 2010.
