(PINKSHEETS: [ IVIT ]) announced that the Company has acquired specific assets related to Magnificent Mile Marketing and [ www.MagMileMarketing.com ]. The main purpose of this new acquisition is to help the Invicta Group improve their overall marketing services for their current and future clients.

Magnificent Mile Marketing has put together press packages for the Water Tower SurgiCenter and several physicians in order to broaden their networks. Ange Yangas, the President of Magnificent Mile Marketing will stay on to work with the Invicta Group. She is an accomplished model, artist, and published author and has focused on advertising and marketing recently.
