TROY, MI--(Marketwire - October 5, 2009) - Viper Networks, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ VPER ]) and Cirilium India Pvt. LTD announced today that they have signed contracts and initiated deployment for a redundant network between the U.S., Europe and India, as part of its recently awarded [ India telecom license ]. Initial dedicated and protected circuits will be installed between the Company's equipment in the U.S. and India, to provide a full spectrum of national and international telecommunication services from the Middle East and South East India.
