ROWAYTON, CT--(Marketwire - February 12, 2009) - Market & Research Corp. (OTCBB: [ MTRE ]) today announced that it has filed its latest Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. Gary Stein, President, commented, "In accordance with recent events, we can now proceed with the financing of our acquisition targets."
