This list, mandated by the government's AI strategy, includes 72 entries from 2023, showcasing how AI is being utilized in areas such as healthcare, education, and law enforcement. Key applications include AI systems for predicting hospital admissions, optimizing public transport, and aiding in judicial sentencing. The transparency initiative aims to foster public trust by detailing how AI influences decisions that affect citizens' lives, highlighting both the benefits and the ethical considerations involved.
