FARMINGDALE, NY--(Marketwire - May 29, 2009) - Juma Technology Corp. (OTCBB: [ JUMT ]), a leading IP convergence firm specializing in managed services, today announced that it has secured a fourth round of funding for $3 million. The deal was led by Vision Capital Advisors, LLC.

The latest round of funding will be used as working capital to support operational growth for the company's proprietary services subsidiary, Nectar Services Corp. The funding will enable Juma and the Nectar subsidiary to continue executing on its business plan, growth strategy and market expansion.
