SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - June 5, 2009) - Extreme Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ EXTR ]) today announced that it will host a webinar entitled, "Stretching your Broadband Stimulus Dollar with Next Generation Ethernet."

The webinar will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. EDT. Expert panelists include Michael Howard, principal and co-founder of Infonetics Research, as well as Christopher McLean, former head of the USDA Rural Utilities Service (RUS) and now principle partner of e-Copernicus, a telecommunications consulting firm assisting businesses and communities to navigate government policy to obtain financing to deploy broadband networks.
