BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - May 20, 2009) - Vortex Resources Corp. (the "Company") (OTCBB: [ VXRC ]) is pleased to announce that it has commenced the process to change its name to Yasheng Eco-Trade Corporation. As disclosed by the Company in January 2009, the Company entered into a Term Sheet (the "Term Sheet") with YaSheng Group ("YaSheng"), a group of companies engaged in the agriculture, chemicals and biotechnology businesses in the People's Republic of China, for the development of a logistics center and eco-trade cooperation zone in the United States. Pursuant to article 4 of the Term Sheet, the Company has agreed to change its name to Yasheng Eco-Trade Corporation. This change represents a significant step forward in the Term Sheet.
