  • For Medical Lab Professionals Week, which celebrates lab professionals and pathologists, Aiken County Career and Technology Center hosted Bio Bash on Wednesday.

The Aiken County Career and Technology Center hosted a Bio Bash event to celebrate and promote its biotechnology program, which is the only one of its kind in South Carolina. The event featured hands-on activities, demonstrations, and tours of the facility, showcasing the advanced equipment and techniques used in the program. Students and faculty from the center, along with industry professionals and community members, attended the event to learn about the opportunities available in the biotechnology field. The Bio Bash highlighted the center's commitment to providing students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this growing industry.
