Cowen and Company, LLC and Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the intended offering.
The proposed offering is being conducted pursuant to a shelf registration statement (File No. 333-181656) that was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 8, 2012.
