This expands the number of destinations Qtel customers can send money to via mobile devices, enabling Qtel to provide customers with the mobile money services required to reach almost any global destination. The secure, convenient and global transfer of money can happen in as little as 10 minutes, subject to local rules and regulations, allowing recipients to collect the cash from MoneyGram local agents, offering a highly efficient way to transfer money without the need of a bank account. The announcement was made at [ Mobile World Congress 2013 ], being held in Barcelona, Spain, February 25-28, where SAP is located at Hall 7, 7C70.
