Based in Istanbul, Turkey, Bank Asya offers a wide-range of products meeting all needs and demands for retail, commercial and corporate banking. Bank Asya is partnering with Diebold to provide consumers with additional self-service options and a consistent experience at the self-service channel.
"We chose to partner with Diebold because of their quality solutions and services that enable us to expand and transform upon our self-service offerings," said Fahrettin Soylu , executive vice president, Bank Asya. "The advanced-function and cash recycling ATMs will help decrease our operational costs, and increase consumer satisfaction and ATM availability—all of which are a top priority for us. By deploying the cash recycling ATMs more cash is readily available to the consumers and enables our bank personnel to focus on addressing consumer needs and selling services."
Diebold's cash recycling deposit automation modules offer flexible migration options and help transform self-service deposits into a more teller-like interaction—enabling a higher-quality transaction for optimum consumer experience. "We worked closely with Bank Asya to develop a location-based strategy to address their key business priorities," said Dave Wetzel , vice president and managing director, Diebold Europe , Middle East and Africa. "We were able to expand and transform their self-service offerings by deploying advanced-function and cash recycling ATMs to help improve operational costs and efficiencies. In addition, migrating transactions from the teller line to the self-service channel makes money management more convenient for the user, while also allowing Bank Asya's tellers to focus their time on providing value-added services to consumers."
As part of the agreement, all of the ATMs will be equipped with Diebold's Agilis 3 software, which provide seamless integration of solutions and services in both multi-channel and multi-vendor environments; enabling financial institutions to maximize their self-service channel, achieving superior levels of security, flexibility and consumer-friendly performance.
