Tim Lu Joins Company as Asia VP of Sales

FREMONT, Calif., Sept. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Exar Corporation (Nasdaq: [ EXAR ]) announced today that Tim Lu will join the Company on October 1, 2012 as Asia Vice President of Sales. Mr. Lu will be responsible for driving sales in the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, and will report to Steve Bakos, Exar's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Lu began his career at Logitech and Vishay after completing his Bachelors of Science degree at Chau Tung University in Taiwan.
