The second NI 43-101 Compliant Geological Report on the remaining 295 claims are being commissioned by Toron Inc.

MONTREAL, May 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Toron Inc. (OTCBB: TRON) - (The Company) ispleased to announce that it has commissioned its second NI 43-101 Compliant Technical Report on the remainder of its 295 claims that make up the Company's Tiblemont Gold Property.  The report is a very in depth technical geological report that is compliant with the National Instruments 43-101 standards of disclosure for mineral properties in Canada.

The Report will cover the 295 claims that make up the Tiblemont Gold Property that Toron has recently acquired and that were not included in the first NI 43-101 report covering 100 claims that was undertaken by Toron earlier. The report will look at all recent and historical Geological and Geophysical Data that has been generated over the last number of years. The majority of these historical works concerning the area of the Company's 295 claims were dated geophysical surveys (mainly aerial geophysics), but only a few ground-based surveys have been carried out on the actual Blocks of the property. "This is very positive and will make it possible with new exploration techniques for the Company to identify mineralization that may have otherwise been passed over.  Toron feels that because of a deeper overburden on some parts of the Blocks there has been a large portion of the lands that has been overlooked and by using new imaging and detection equipment we might be able to identify many new drill targets", states, Michael Whitehead, CEO of the Company.
