EPIC Has Total Focus on the Healthcare Industry, Transfers Its Historical Businesses and Postpones Stock Dividend Indefinitely

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Mar 9, 2012) - EPIC Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ EPOR ]) (the "Company") announced that its total focus is on the healthcare industry and its business will be built on products made from its specialty fabric.

The Company's business model has changed to a healthcare products and services company, and within a week or two the Company will identify and define its initial products and set forth its marketing and sales plan. The names of some of the previously named products may be changed.

The Company's historical electronic products business is being transferred to Tensleep Wireless Corporation, currently a consolidated subsidiary of the Company that will become an unconsolidated affiliate of the Company.

The Company's historical corporate and business development business is being transferred to Tensleep Financial Corporation, an affiliate of the Company.

The Company's Board of Directors, due to its current business transition, has decided to postpone indefinitely the stock dividend previously declared for this month.
