KLA-Tencor Declares Regular Cash Dividend for Third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2012
MILPITAS, Calif., Feb. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: [ KLAC ]) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share on its common stock payable on March 1, 2012 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 21, 2012.
