SANTA MONICA, Calif., Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Activision Blizzard, Inc. (Nasdaq: [ ATVI ]) intends to release its fourth quarter and calendar year 2011 results after the close of the market on Thursday, February 9, 2012.
