BILLERICA, Mass.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The Board of Directors of [ CSP Inc. ] (NASDAQ: CSPI), a provider of IT solutions, systems integration services and dense cluster computing systems, announced that the Company has declared an annual dividend of $0.10 per share payable on February 3,2012 to shareholders of record on January 27,2012.

The Board determined that it would declare the cash dividend based on CSPas strong balance sheet and financial condition, and considering the Companyas current working capital needs and potential investments in strategic growth opportunities. CSP reported total cash and cash equivalents of $15.9 million at September 30, 2011.
