PITT MEADOWS, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 5, 2012) - Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. (TSX:TZT), a leading producer of high-speed wireless broadband communication systems, wishes to provide an update to investors. Tranzeo advises that the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") has determined to extend the date for delisting of the Company's shares on the TSX until the close of business on Thursday, January 19, 2012. The extension has been provided in order to enable the Company to continue with its application to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
