ATLANTA--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Cbeyond, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBEY), a provider of communications and IT solutions to small businesses, today announced the results of management proposals at its 2011 annual meeting of stockholders.
At the meeting, Cbeyond stockholders:
- elected all three of the Class III nominees for director with a term to expire in 2014: James F. Geiger, Larry D. Thompson and Kevin S. Costello;
- ratified the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as Cbeyonda™s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011;
- voted affirmatively for an advisory resolution on the compensation of certain of Cbeyonda™s executive officers; and
- voted for a one-year frequency of future stockholder advisory votes on executive compensation.
A majority of the votes were cast in favor for each of the initiatives.
