BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - March 23, 2011) - Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: [ OPMG ]) (PINKSHEETS: [ OPMG ]), which recently proposed a name change to PhoneGuard, Inc., today announced while attending the CTIA Wireless trade show, the newest enhancement to its Drive Safe anti-texting while driving software applications suite. PhoneGuard Voice is a cloud-based application that is easy to install on most cell and smartphones and enables the user to listen to both emails and text messages by reading your incoming text messages and voice mails out loud to you while you drive. PhoneGuard Voice automatically activates with Bluetooth and GPS activity.

"PhoneGuard Voice represents a significant enhancement to the already powerful Drive Safe product suite now available from PhoneGuard," commented Scott Frohman, CEO of PhoneGuard. He continued, "With this product you can stay productive and be safe, all while abiding by anti-texting and driving laws. The product is compatible with most email providers and works on all Blackberry and Android cell and smart phones. Drive Safe is super easy to use and allows the user to stay productive while driving or even when not driving but occupied with other tasks. Once people start using Drive Safe, we believe most will wonder how they ever got along without it."

PhoneGuard Voice, which will be available beginning April 1st for purchase and download from the Company's website at [ www.phoneguard.com ], is the latest addition to the revolutionary Don't Text Don't Drive Mobile Application Software that disables the texting, emailing and keyboard functions of a mobile phone while in a vehicle moving faster than 10 mph. By using GPS to track speed and coordinates, the Don't Text Don't Drive Mobile Application automatically turns off certain functionalities of the driver's mobile phone when the phone is in a moving vehicle. Thus, the user will no longer be able to text, email, surf the web or instant message while driving. When the car is stopped for more than five seconds, however, the phone will automatically allow texting and other data functions to resume. Any missed text messages will be waiting for the user. As the user starts driving again, the software will automatically block these activities once again.
