Beginning tomorrow, the companya™s ticker symbol will change from aTSCMa to a[ TST ]a on the NASDAQ Stock Market. Additionally, at the next Annual Stockholdera™s meeting, the Company will seek approval to change its official corporate name to TheStreet, Inc. TheStreeta™s new brand elements convey a stronger, more distinctive identity for the Company. The graphic system will be implemented over time across the full collection of the Companya™s digital financial media properties, including TheStreet, RealMoney, Stockpickr, Action Alerts PLUS, Options Profits, ETF Profits, MainStreet and Rate-Watch.
