N-Viro International Corporation Receives N-Viro Fuel Facility Permit Approval -- TOLEDO, Ohio, July 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --

N-Viro International Corporation Receives N-Viro Fuel Facility Permit Approval

TOLEDO, Ohio, July 12/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --N-Viro International Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NVIC.OB) ("N-Viro"), an environmental technology company that markets an alternative fuel manufacturing process and agricultural products, announced today the Company has received all necessary permit approvals from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to operate a full scale N-Viro Fuel™ mobile facility.

The permits allow for operation of a full-scale N-Viro Fuel facility utilizing biosolids from several Pennsylvania municipalities.  The specific intent of this facility is to produce N-Viro Fuel that will be utilized in full-scale tests with specific power generating utilities.  The permits were issued for a one year term of operation.  Additionally, the facility is fully portable and the Company expects to utilize this facility at other locations in the future.

Through the utilization of its patented N-Viro Fuel process, N-Viro will convert biosolids into N-Viro Fuel.  The N-Viro Fuel process has been recognized by the USEPA to be an acceptable process to convert waste biosolids into a product that can be utilized as an alternative renewable energy source.

N-Viro expects this facility to be in operation sometime late in the third quarter of 2010.  Once N-Viro Fuel is produced, the resulting product will be blended with waste coal and tested in a full scale commercial power generating facility.  N-Viro expects, upon completion of successful trial burn testing, to begin finalizing long-term supply agreements and the construction of a permanent installation to manufacture N-Viro Fuel.

Timothy R. Kasmoch, President and CEO of N-Viro International, had these comments, "This is a milestone for the Company and our N-Viro Fuel technology.  Once in operation, the concept of converting waste to energy becomes reality.  Because we have previously tested N-Viro Fuel with Michigan State University, we know it works.  We look forward to the future and the many opportunities this project will create."

"Additionally, this mobile facility will provide a wealth of information and analytical data that will further support our technology.  We are very comfortable in believing this facility will demonstrate the effectiveness of N-Viro Fuel and place our company on the forefront of a socially responsible shift to renewable energy," Mr. Kasmoch concluded.
