Richard Kranitz has been an attorney in private practice for over 35 years emphasizing securities, banking and business law. From 1990, he has been a senior member and principal of Kranitz & Philipp in Grafton, Wisconsin. Mr. Kranitz has served as a director of the Grafton State Bank from 1990 to present, and now serves as a member of the Board of Harris Bank - Northern District. During the past 26 years, he has performed services in connection with over 200 securities offerings, including over 40 publicly registered offerings. Richard has been a member of startup teams in over 150 new venture and 15 nonprofit organizations and served as a director and/or officer of over 80 firms in a variety of industries, including both listed and unlisted public firms.
Frank Ventura has over 25 years experience in telecommunications. He spent 21 years with Sprint during the "Growth Thru Acquisitions" period when over 147 companies were merged into Sprint. As Vice President and Controller-Chief Accountant Officer, he was responsible for Acquisition Studies and Audits, Accounting System Development, SEC, Consolidation, and Tax. During various periods, while at Sprint, he was the executive in charge of Flight Operations, Systemwide Purchasing, Management Information Systems, Real Estate and Internal Audit. After leaving Sprint, Mr. Ventura served as Chief Financial Officer for St. Andrews Telecommunications and Blue Star Communications.
