RAMSEY, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Bogen Communications International, Inc., (the Company") (Pink Sheets: BOGN) announced today that a settlement has been reached in connection with a lawsuit initiated by a former contractor, Tri-Signal Integration, Inc., against the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bogen Communications, Inc. The case was originally filed on July 18, 2006, in Los Angeles County Superior Court, case number BC355591. Terms of the settlement are confidential. The settlement will be reflected in the Company's financial statements as of and for the period ended December 31, 2009 when those statements are issued during 2010.
