iseemedia announces its upcoming Annual General Meeting and Corporate Update

TORONTO, Nov. 27 /CNW/ - iseemedia Inc. (TSX-V:IEE), a leading provider of "Blackberry-like" services to the mass mobile phone market, today announced that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting with shareholders on Monday November 30, 2009 at the Le Meridian King Edward Hotel, 37 King Street East in Toronto at 4:00 p.m. EST. The Company will be providing a business and financial update at this time and looks forward to its annual interaction with potential new investors and shareholders.

In other corporate news, the Company announced the issuance of 1,210,000 share purchase options to Officers and members of the Board of Directors of the Company. These options granted, as well as additional employee option grants were done after a year of pay reductions and operational streamlining, in order to incentivize and retain key personnel. The options have an exercise price of $0.18, vest over 3 years and expire on November 17, 2014.
