(PINKSHEETS: [ VPER ]) announced today that it has entered into an Agreement with [ Menatelecom, a leading telecommunications operator in the Kingdom of Bahrain ], for sales, distribution and other value-added services, as part of its recently awarded India telecom license.

Menatelecom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House (Bahrain). In a short period of time, Mena Telecom has established itself as one of the fastest growing nationwide full service telecommunications operators in the Kingdom. In January 2007, Menatelecom successfully secured a nationwide [ Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) license in Bahrain ], which allows the company to provide customers with a full range of fixed and nomadic telecommunications services throughout the country.
