  A now-former student at the Gwinnett School of Math, Science and Technology is facing felony charges after police say he recorded videos inside a girls' restroom multiple times. The most recent incident occurred on Feb.

A 15-year-old student from Gwinnett County, Georgia, has been charged with a felony for secretly recording other students in a girls' restroom at his school. The incident came to light when a student noticed a cell phone protruding from under a bathroom stall. The phone was seized by school officials, and upon review, it was discovered that the recordings included identifiable images of other students. The teen, who attends Berkmar High School, was arrested and charged with felony unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance. The school district has stated that they are cooperating with the police investigation and are taking steps to ensure student safety and privacy.
