USF to confer more than 3,900 degrees during fall commencement ceremonies Dec. 13-14
- The fall 2024 graduating class at the University of South Florida includes a 16-year-old, a 70-year-old grandmother of four, and an electrical engineer seeking to revolutionize the medical, space exploration and military industries.
The University of South Florida (USF) is set to confer over 3,900 degrees during its Fall Commencement ceremonies on December 8 and 9, 2024, at the Yuengling Center in Tampa. The ceremonies will celebrate graduates from various colleges including Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, Engineering, and more, with specific times allocated for each college's ceremony. Notable highlights include the conferral of degrees to students from the Honors College, the Judy Genshaft Honors College, and the Muma College of Business. Additionally, USF will honor its first class of students from the Taneja College of Pharmacy. The university will also recognize its faculty and staff with the President’s Faculty and Staff Excellence Awards during the ceremonies.
