'Great Siena Expedition' welcomed young explorers to learn about the wonders of science

  • Siena College hosted middle school students on Saturday to teach them about the wonders of science. The Great Siena Expedition is a hands-on science exploration event.

The Great Siena Expedition, held at Siena College, welcomed over 100 young explorers to engage in hands-on science activities aimed at fostering a love for science and learning. The event featured various interactive stations where children could participate in experiments related to physics, chemistry, and biology, guided by Siena College students and faculty. The expedition not only provided educational experiences but also encouraged participants to consider future careers in STEM fields, with the overarching goal of inspiring the next generation of scientists and innovators.
