Scientists at BRiCM demand action against ex-DG

They allege that Dr. Kabir misused his power, engaged in financial irregularities, and committed other forms of corruption during his tenure. The scientists have submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Agriculture, and other relevant authorities, calling for an investigation into these allegations. They claim that Dr. Kabir's actions have not only damaged the institutes' reputation but also hindered research and development activities. The memorandum also highlights issues like the appointment of unqualified individuals, misuse of research funds, and the suppression of scientific dissent.
