(OTCBB: [ SITO ]), a technology based mobile media solutions provider, today announced that James Nelson has been elected to its Board of Directors. Mr. Nelson is a prominent business leader with significant experience as Director and Chairman of the audit committee of numerous private and public companies.

Mr. Nelson has served as a Director of [ Icahn Enterprises G.P. ] since 2001 and is a member of its audit committee. Currently, Mr. Nelson serves as a Director and member of the audit committee of one of Icahn Enterprises subsidiaries, Tropicana Entertainment. Mr. Nelson also serves as Director, and member of the audit committee of Take-Two Interactive Software and as Chairman of Voltari, Inc. (formerly Motricity, Inc.). In the past, Mr. Nelson has served as a Director and member of the audit committee of Atlantic Coast Entertainment Holdings and Director and chairman of the audit committee of the Viskase Companies.

Mr. Nelson from April 2009 through November 2012 served as a Director and chairman of the audit committee of Cequel Communications. He formerly served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaglescliff Corporation, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orbit Aviation, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of Orbitex Management, and Director of Orbitex Financial Services Group. Mr. Nelson had served as a Director and member of the audit committee of Shuffle Master and Director and member of the audit committee of Pacific Energy Resources.
