FERNLEY, Nev., May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Verify Smart Corporation (OTCBB:VSMR) a global innovator in the digital content distribution market today announced the launch of Privi Celebrity Services.

Privi Celebrity Services allows a celebrity or sports figure to send exclusive content, conduct contests and offer merchandise discounts, directly to any fan's mobile phone globally, without the need for the phone to be internet enabled.  This capability enables the celebrity to address almost 100% of the mobile market.

Privi is an "opt-in" registration service that integrates seamlessly with Facebook fan pages, Twitter messages and Websites.
