NEW YORK, May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Bernstein Liebhard LLP ] is investigating whether the Board of Directors of Ebix, Inc. ("Ebix" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: [ EBIX ]) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell Ebix to an affiliate of Goldman, Sachs & Co.
