HUNTINGTON, NY--(Marketwire - Jan 28, 2013) - Compliance Systems Corp (OTCQB: [ COPI ]), doing business as SeanieMac Limited, the parent company of the all-Irish online sports & casino wagering website [ www.SeanieMac.com ], today announced it has appointed Sean McEniff Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. McEniff is a Company Co-Founder, and an accomplished entrepreneur with a 30-year successful track record in the hospitality and sports industries. His experience includes 20 years as a principal in the Brian McEniff Hotel Group [ www.bmceniffhotels.com ], where he continues to serve as Managing Executive and, previously, ten years as a competitive athlete in Ireland's Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) Gaelic Games. SeanieMac is named for its Chairman, Seanie "Mac" McEniff.

Commenting on his appointment to Board Chairman, Mr. McEniff said, "My family and other principal business associates have invested considerable time and energy researching the Irish online gambling market, and see an underserved and valuable GAA sports book and Irish-focused casino market niche with tremendous prospects. I am excited by the opportunity to lead SeanieMac to realize its full potential as an Irish online gambling company, for the Irish, and featuring Irish sports. I look forward to a successful launch of wagering operations next month."

Sean McEniff Bio
Sean McEniff is a well-known hotelier and business personality in the northwest of Ireland.

Having graduated with a degree in Business Studies from D.I.T., Dublin in 1988, he took sabbatical in North America and Canada for three years working at leading international hotels and restaurants in the hospitality sector including The Skyline Hotel, Toronto. He returned to Donegal in 1991, where many of the hotels in the northwest were closed for the shoulder months.

Utilizing his experiences abroad and targeting specific segments of the home market such as GAA, active-retirement groups, music festivals, themed weekends and his own "Short-Break Tours", occupancy rates and turnover increased significantly and the McEniff Hotel Group strengthened market share. Success led to expansion and the Group entered the Dublin market purchasing the Skylon Hotel in 2003.

Sean's expertise and reputation lies in marketing, sales and public relations. His liaison with regional and national radio and newspaper media has been a significant factor in the McEniff Hotel Group's rise to success.

As a sportsperson, Sean represented his native county Donegal at minor, U-21 and senior level. Honors achieved included an Ulster minor medal in 1982, four Ulster Colleges medals with De la Salle, Ballyshannon, Intervarsity Trench Cup success with D.I.T. in 1987, a Canadian Championship medal with Clan na nGael, Toronto, in 1989. The McEniff name is household in national GAA circles with Brian McEniff leading Donegal to their first All-Ireland Senior Gaelic football title in 1992, and also coached the Irish Compromise Rules team to success against Australia in 2000 and 2001.

About SeanieMac
SeanieMac Limited is a development stage Irish company. It owns and operates [ www.SeanieMac.com ], an online sports and casino wagering web-based platform serving gamblers directly under the brand name SeanieMac.com, and plans to launch wagering operations next month.

While the site offers wagering for many categories outside of sports, SeanieMac intends to capture the Irish market by initially focusing on the Gaelic Athletics Association (GAA) or Gaelic Games as well as Irish horse racing and soccer. Its mission is to offer a market-leading, user-friendly website for online gambling, including sports betting and casino gaming (traditional casino, live casino, poker, bingo and interactive skilled games). The Company does not market to U.S. residents and, hereby, specifically discourages them from attempting to access its wagering services.

The Irish gambling industry generated approximately $18.7 billion in 2011 revenue, with $1.7 billion of that generated online and growing rapidly at double digit rates. The Irish online gambling sector is projected to reach $3.2 billion in 2012.

As its national pastime, the Gaelic Games have long been popular in Ireland but they are gaining worldwide appeal, especially in areas with large communities of Irish emigrants and their descendants, such as the U.S., Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, where many communities have their own teams and clubs participating in the Gaelic Leagues locally and internationally.
