SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Altera Corporation ] (NASDAQ: [ ALTR ]) today announced ZTE Corporation, a leading provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, presented the company with its 2012 Global Excellent Partnership Award. The award recognizes Altera for overall performance in delivering best-in-class products and services to ZTE during the past year. According to ZTE, innovative programmable solutions and technical support from Altera played a critical role in supporting product development for the company's existing and next-generation communication products.
