World Moto, Inc.: Enters Distribution Agreement With Lucky Distributors, Ltd. for Thailand's $100 Million Market

BANGKOK, THAILAND--(Marketwire - Dec 21, 2012) - World Moto, Inc. (OTCBB: [ FARE ]) (OTCQB: [ FARE ]) (BERLIN: WM7) (BERLIN: A1J8SY) ("World Moto" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a distribution agreement with Lucky Distributors, Ltd ("Lucky"). Changing the way the world goes around, World Moto is a global authority on the $500 billion dollar a year motorcycle taxi industry and inventor of the Moto-Meter, the world's first motorcycle taxi meter.

Lucky is a national distribution company based in Thailand, a potential market for World Moto in excess of $100 million in Moto-Meter sales alone. Lucky's regional network currently provides parts and service for motorcycles and is also a preferred supplier for the Motorcycle Taxi Association of Thailand.

Under the terms of the agreement, Lucky has the non-exclusive rights to distribute, sell and service the Moto-Meter and Moto-Meter accessories throughout the country of Thailand and surrounding border markets. World Moto will retain the rights to advertising, software and complementary commerce services such as Yes.

Note that saturation of the Moto-Meter is projected to reach 100% within three years of introduction in any given market and its life expectancy/repurchase cycle is estimated at three years. Market estimates do not include potential revenue from Yes services, mobile commerce, advertising, accessories, servicing, calibration and all associated offerings.
